Why should I host my site on your server?
Hosting your site on our server means that you will not have to deal with updates. We handle all updates for you. Additionally, we constantly back-up all the files of your site. If there are ever any issues, our time is spent taking care of them, not you! By combining hosting with our other services truly means that we are your one stop shop. We pride ourselves on taking care of our customers.
What If I use all of my bandwith and storage space?
Congratulations! That means that you have created an impressive online presence! Once you have exceeded the limit of hosting & security plan, we will automatically send you an e-mail notifying you of the overage. Don’t worry there is no immediate charge of exceeding your bandwith or storage space. However, we will need to set you up on a new plan immediately. If your sites bandwith and/or storage space surpasses our most comprehensive plan, we will have to create a custom solution for you!
Do you offer discounts on monthly hosting plans?
At this current time, we do not offer any discounts on monthly plans! Hopefully we will have a solution for you in the future!
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel at anytime, we do not have contracts! However, if you are transfering your hosting to another company, please see the toggle below!
What if I want to transfer my hosting?
Depending on if you want to transfer your hosting to us or transfer for your hosting to someone else, we can help you! If you want to transfer your existing hosting to us, we charge a flat fee of $500 to migrate your hosting to our servers. If you want to transfer your hosting to another company, we charge $500 to help with the transfer and make sure the transition is smooth. However, if you would like us to provide you with transfer ready files, we charge a flat fee of $100. That will include all files on the server and your SQL Database.
How do I get started?
Contact us and we will have a free hosting consultation. If you are a new business and do not currently have hositng or you are an existing business and are hosting with another company, we will discuss which plan we think are right for you. Next, you will choose the plan that suites your business needs. After, you will make payment. We then will gather all the information that is necessary.
